Getting here
How to find the shop
Look for the west side of Sepulveda, about half a block north of National — diagonally across from the IHOP. It's an office building. The glass lobby doors face Sepulveda; signs inside point you to the stairs. ubrokeit is one flight up.
- Parking: street parking out front, plus a lot in the rear.
- No elevator: second-floor suite. If stairs are a problem, call when you pull up — Gregory will come down.

When you come in
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Booking locks in your slot. Walk-ins are taken as the schedule allows, so if your time matters, book ahead.
iPhone repairs are usually handled same-visit. For Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, and most other brands, ubrokeit orders the exact part for your model first — usually a day or two. Booking ahead means the part can be on the way before you arrive.
Most repairs get a straight answer up front. Some — water damage especially — have to be opened before anyone can say what it needs. Either way, you hear the diagnosis and the cost before any work starts.
